
Pasta is an all time favourite for both children and adults. It’s always my backup meal when all else is refused. Making it with this sauce, and a small salad at the side, gives me the satisfaction that the children had had a decent amount of veggies in their meal.
Ingredients:
1 packet (400 gms) farfalle, or any other type you prefer.
1 Veggie sauce recipe (click to view)
Directions:
Cook your pasta as usual, drain run under cold water, then set aside.
Add the sauce while boiling hot to the pasta and mix for 3 minutes to get absorbed.
